PC 用 BIOS を制作している Phoenix社と Award社が合併するらしい。
デスクトップ用 PC の BIOS というとほとんどこの 2社で占められて
いることを考えるとかなりな事件ではないか？
かつて Phoenix の BIOS だと不都合なんで Award にしとこう、とか
Award の BIOS だとこれこれこうだからおれは Phoenix が好きだとか
言っていたのも過去になってしまうのか。
